|Portrayed by John Billingsley|
|Cause of Death:||Killed by Frank Stevens|
Roger Halsted was the Senior Accountant at Grayson Global who discovered the discrepancies in the books that pointed to Conrad's guilt in the downing of Flight 197.
He worked closely with David Clarke, who, in his journal, described him as a "true friend". Halsted had gathered enough evidence to free David, but before he could go to the police, David was already dead. After Emily tried to enlist his help at the Grayson's 2002 New Year’s Eve party, Frank Stevens pulled him away, slashed his wrists in the bathtub and staged it as a suicide.
But Roger had the chance to write one last message for Amanda and tell her that he will help her, though with his death this wasn't possible:
Forgive me my methods, but I had to get you this message before I lose my nerve. Writing this down is my way to committing to you. I will tell you everything. How your father was framed, who was involved and most importantly how to expose them. I've never had the courage to do it myself. But I believe you do. Once we're at neutral ground, I will help you. Until then, get as far away from these people as you can.
