NolCorp Software & Electronics is the company founded and owned by Nolan Ross. The company appears to deal with computer software. David Clarke invested in Nolan Ross's company when no-one else would. Until the episode Penance Nolan kept the original check David gave him framed. Nolcorp was a Subsidiary of Grayson Global after Nolan gave the check to Aiden so he could help Emily. Later in the season Victoria gives NolCorp back to Nolan if he helps her find her son. In Truth Pt1 we can see the NolCorp logo without the words "a Grayson Global subsidiary" underneath. Nolan Ross owned the company until he took a break from all things NolCorp and more.
