|Portrayed by Tim Dekay|
|Occupation:|| Former Grayson Global employee|
CEO of eco-friendly gas company
Luke Gilliam was a Grayson Global employee who participated in the framing of David Clarke.
Luke Gilliam was initially one of Grayson Global's most successful employees. Due to the financial and illegal nature of his job, he was originally planned by the Graysons to be the patsy for the downing of Flight 197. Gilliam, however, caught on to the fact that he was being set up. So the Grayson's decided to frame David Clarke instead.
Gilliam negotiated a large settlement in exchange for his silence and used it to start a gas company, masquerading under the banner of being Eco-friendly while in reality being completely the opposite. Gilliam's company poisoned the water supplies and ecological systems of the towns he took advantage of, resulting in numerous but futile lawsuit attempts against him in multiple states.
Gilliam is seen in the episode Allegiance where he returns to the Hamptons after being nominated for an Eco-friendiness award. Unbeknownst to him and Emily, this has been orchestrated by Victoria as part of a plan to test a theory about Emily's motives. Emily offers to work for Gilliam and, with the help of Jack, manages to switch a vial of the supposed poisoned water created by his company- water which is in truth fake- with the real polluted water
During his award acceptance speech, Jack uses a thumb-drive to hijacks Gilliams presentation. After drinking the water from his polluted rivers, he collapses. He is swiftly taken too hospital, were Emily blackmails him into giving her information about Conrad.
