Christa Brittany Allen (born November 11, 1991) is an American actress. She portrayed the role of Charlotte Clarke on Revenge.
Early life[]
Christa Brittany Allen was born in Wildomar, California. She is the youngest of five siblings, with four elder brothers as well as four elder stepbrothers.Christa Allen knew at an early age that she wanted to be in front of the camera. After acting in several commercials, a student film and voiceover, her big break came when she was cast as the Young Jennifer Garner at age 13 in the film '13 Going on 30.'[1]She later played opposite Garner and Matthew McConaughey in the New Line film, 'Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.' Allen recently starred in the independent film 'One Kind Day,' and will play the lead role in the upcoming independent comedy/horror films 'Detention of the Dead' and 'Deadly Sibling Rivalry.' On television she has played guest roles on 'Cold Case,' 'CSI' and ABC’s 'Grey’s Anatomy.'
Career[]
Before appearing on Revenge, Allen had done a short appearance on The Man Show, several students films, and several commercials. Allen is known for her role as the younger Jenna Rink in the 2004 film 13 Going on 30. She also played a teenage version of Jenny, another Jennifer Garner character, in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past. Her other film credits include A Merry Little Christmas, Youth in Revolt, One Wish, One Kine Day and Detention of the Dead. Allen guest starred in many television series, including Medium, Cory in the House, The Suite Life on Deck, Grey's Anatomy, ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Wizards of Waverly Place and Cold Case.
